Ross Williams
President and eLearning Consultant
Ross has a Masters Degree in Space Science and a B.Ed. As a high-school teacher for over 20 years, he has deep knowledge of the processes of teaching and learning. As well, he is experienced in developing and delivering eLearning. During his career, he helped the Peel District School Board establish their online school and managed the Board’s LMS for several years. He is also an avid photographer.
Laura Williams
Vice President and Principal Consultant
Laura has been in IT management for over 20 years. She has degrees in psychology, computer science, and education. She is certified in the Prosci Change Management methodology. Her career has included national roles in both PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Oracle, IT planning roles in the Ontario Government, and the CIO role at the Peel District School Board (PDSB). Recently, Laura has been consulting with post-secondary institutions on ERP implementations and developing eTraining using Oracle UPK and Adobe Creative Suite.
